STREAMYX Getting On My Last NERVE

I am so dis pointed with Streamyx Internet connection The Speed is FUCKING SLOW....... its getting on my last nerve... dont know why suddenly this thing happened......Previously when I'm in Balakong the speed Was TIP TOP surf with no hassle Even I'm using Pentium 4 with 128 RAM and 60GB HD.I can open You tube,Gmail download a movie etc etc.After that i change to Brand New Dell Laptop Apple Green with 3GB ram 160 HD Pentium core2 duo its a superb laptop i ever have kekekke. The Nightmare start after i shifted to NILAI.......Urghhh i think U guys Know the story where i have to call TM call center and yelling to the agent coz they promise me to setup my phone cable as soon as the svc available .I waited from December 2007 where they came and set the cable not my house but to my neighbour and some other house who shifted few month after me ..... 15 APRIL 2008 cable guy came to set it up....What kinda svc is that.Finally my streamyx back to action again, Im still getting the same speed as i sub with them .1st jun 2008 i start getting hanging session,Each and every day i have to call to release my hanging connection talking to tech people from TM at 3.oo am ..what to do that the only free time i have.........The problem occur day by day i have to do the same routine last its OK after i reset my password.Then Now I'm getting SLOW DOWNLOADING its hell slow I'm getting 20kbps below.I already call few time launch report
but nothing done .Today i go to Tm website i create my own case this is the sample :-

Comments: To whom it may concern.I facing a slow connection for my streamyx.Im
using 1mbps pckg.Start using on December 2006 in balakong selangor the
speed was tip top.recently moved to Nilai.Still using the same account
and pckg but the speed is quite disappointing. when i Do speed test ill
get 200 kbps and below. I've done many complaint by calling to ur cust
svc and they promise to create case for me but nothing change.Even
tech person come personally to my house they just switch the modem to
the new one and go.All trouble shooting done,firewall disable and so on
even i change a new laptop.I'm paying to get better svc but all i get
slow speed like I'm using 56k dial up. Pls do something from yr part
ASAP.I need to use the svc like before without hassle.I need feed
back.
